Delivery

How long it takes

Nothing is held in stock, so the clock starts when your measurements are confirmed rather than when you pay. From there:

Making it

Two to three weeks for most pieces. Heavier embroidery and hand work take longer, and the product page says so where it does.

India

Two to four days once it ships.

Everywhere else

Five to ten working days once it ships, customs permitting.

You get a tracking link on the order page as soon as it is dispatched. If a date is going to slip, we tell you rather than letting you find out.

Where we ship

Nine countries: India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt. Prices are shown in the currency of whichever of those you are shopping in, and include both delivery and duty.

Tax and duty

The price you see is the price. Nothing is added at checkout, in any market — no tax line, no delivery line, no handling fee.

Duties and taxes for your own country are calculated at checkout and paid by us. Nothing is owed on arrival, and the carrier will not ask you for anything at the door. A duty bill arriving days after a parcel is the single worst way to end an order, so we would rather carry it.

If it does not arrive

Tell us. A parcel lost in transit is our problem to chase, not yours — we remake the piece or refund it in full, whichever you would rather.
