Terms of sale
The agreement between you and us when you order. Written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.
Who you are dealing with
Ziyarex Technologies Pvt Ltd, Flat no. 502, LK Shakti Palace, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 226018, Uttar Pradesh, India. Reach us at saifsiddiqui2409@gmail.com.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order, and a contract exists from that point. We may decline an order — if we cannot source the fabric, if the measurements cannot produce a wearable garment, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be correct. A parcel sent to an address you mistyped is not something we can recover.
Measurements are your part of it
We cut to the measurements on the order. If those are wrong, the garment will be wrong — so we check them for obvious inconsistencies and ask before cutting, and we offer a free call if you would rather we took them.
A garment made correctly to measurements that turn out not to be yours is not a fault. We will still alter it free, because that ends with you wearing it, but it is not grounds for a refund.
Prices
Shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in, and they include delivery and import duty. Nothing is added at checkout in any market. Any duty or local tax in your own country is calculated at checkout and paid by us, so nothing is owed on arrival.
The price you pay is the one shown when you order. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we will not hold you to it and we will not quietly ship at the wrong price either; we will tell you and let you decide.
A piece drafted for you is priced from our cost model at the moment you accept it. That price is fixed once you order.
Making and delivery
Production starts when your measurements are confirmed. Times given on the site are estimates in good faith, not promises — fabric and hand work vary. If something will be materially late we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Until then a lost or damaged parcel is ours.
Cancelling, altering, refunds
Set out in full on cancellations and refunds, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel freely before cutting, one included round of alterations within 30 days, no returns for fit, full refunds when something is our fault.
Credits, try-on and generated designs
- Credits pay for AI features. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where we refund an action that failed.
- A try-on is a guide. It is not a representation of the finished garment, and fit and colour can vary.
- A design we draft for you is ours, and you get an unlimited right to have it made and to share it. We may also add it to the collection.
- What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it to run the search or try-on you asked for, and nothing else.
- Do not upload photographs of other people, or images you have no right to use.
What we are liable for
If we get it wrong, we put it right: a remake, an alteration, or your money back. Beyond that our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as an event you needed the garment for.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — and nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes go to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the foot of this page tells you when it last changed.
Not yet reviewed by a lawyer, and not complete. The entity details and the jurisdiction are still placeholders. This describes the intended bargain accurately, which is what a lawyer needs in order to be useful, but it is not yet a document to trade under — and consumer law in the UK, EU and the Gulf will require changes. It must be reviewed before we take payments.
