What we collect

To take an order

Name, delivery address, phone number and email. Without these there is nothing to make and nowhere to send it.

Measurements

The numbers you give us or we take on a call. Used to cut your garment and to save you entering them again.

Photographs you upload

A reference picture for search, or a photograph of yourself for try-on.

Payment

Handled entirely by the payment provider. We are told whether it succeeded and see the last four digits of a card. We never hold your card number.

Using the site

Pages viewed, searches run, and the market you are shopping in, so the site works and we can tell what is broken.

Your photographs

A try-on photograph is a picture of your body that you gave us for one narrow purpose, and we treat it that way.

• It is private. Nobody but you sees it unless you create a share link.
• You can delete it at any time, and deleting removes the file, not just the record of it.
• We delete it after ninety days whether you ask or not. Generated results go after thirty.
• It is sent to our AI provider to produce the try-on and is not used to train anything.
• We refuse photographs that are not of a single clearly visible adult.

Who else sees your data

Only those who have to, and only what they need:

• The tailoring unit making your garment gets your measurements and the design. Not your name, address or contact details.
• The carrier gets your name, address and phone number, because that is a delivery.
• The payment provider handles the payment.
• Our AI provider receives the image or text of a search or try-on.
• Hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it is held

On servers in the European Union and India. If you are ordering from outside those places, your data is transferred to them so we can make and send you a garment.

How long we keep it

Order records

Eight years, because tax law requires it.

Measurements

Until you change or delete them, or until you close your account.

Try-on photographs

Ninety days, or until you delete them.

Try-on results

Thirty days.

Search history

Twelve months.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to saifsiddiqui2409@gmail.com and we will answer within thirty days. Deletion cannot remove an order record we are legally required to keep, and we will say so rather than pretending otherwise.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights — under the UK and EU GDPR, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — and those apply whatever this page says.

Cookies

We use what the site needs to work: staying signed in, keeping your bag, and remembering which market you chose. No advertising cookies.
