Cancellations and refunds
Made to order means a garment is cut for one person. That changes what can be cancelled and when, so here it is in plain terms.
Cancelling
- Before cutting
- Cancel from your order page for a full refund, no reason needed. This is any time before your measurements are confirmed and the piece enters production — usually a day or two after you order.
- In production
- Once fabric is cut we cannot refund in full, because the fabric and the work are spent and the garment fits nobody else. Write to us: if it has only just started we will refund what we can, and we will tell you the figure before anything is decided.
- After dispatch
- Cannot be cancelled. An alteration is free.
Refunds we always give
- The garment arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered.
- It is lost in transit.
- We cannot make it, or we cannot make it in a reasonable time.
- You cancelled before production and are owed the money back.
Tell us within seven days of delivery for a fault. We will ask for a photograph — not to argue, but because it tells the tailor what went wrong. You choose between a remake and a refund.
Fit is not a refund
We do not refund because a piece does not suit you or you changed your mind about it, and we do not accept returns for those reasons. A garment cut to your measurements cannot be resold, so a return means it is destroyed and you are still without the thing you wanted.
Instead every made-to-measure order includes one round of alterations, within 30 days, with freight covered both ways. If after that round it still is not right, write to us and we will sort it out properly.
How a refund reaches you
To the method you paid with, within five to seven working days of us approving it. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's business, not ours — cards can take another week. Anything paid with credits comes back as credits.
If you disagree with us
Write to saifsiddiqui2409@gmail.com with your order number. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of the country you bought from, and where that law says something different from this page, it wins.
Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This describes how we intend to operate and is written to be honest rather than to be watertight. It has not been checked against consumer law in the nine markets we sell to, and it must be before we take payments.
