Sizing and fit

What size should I order?

There isn't one. You give your measurements at checkout and the piece is cut to them — see how measurements work.

What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?

We alter it. One round is included on every made-to-measure order, within 30 days, freight covered. Alterations explains how to ask.

Can I return something?

Not for fit, and we would rather say that clearly than bury it. A garment cut to one person cannot be resold, so a return means it is destroyed and you still do not have what you wanted. If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, that is different — we remake or refund it in full.

Ordering and delivery

How long will it take?

Two to three weeks to make, then a few days to ten days to ship depending on where you are. Delivery has the detail.

Do I pay for shipping?

No. It is in the price, everywhere we sell — and so is duty. Nothing is added at checkout.

Will I be charged customs duty?

No. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid by us, so nothing is owed on arrival and the carrier will not ask you for anything at the door.

Do I need an account?

No — you can order as a guest and track it with the link on your confirmation. An account keeps your measurements so you do not enter them twice.

Finding and designing

Can you make something I've seen elsewhere?

Show us a picture and we will look through the collection for the closest thing, and draft a new piece alongside it if nothing matches. We will not copy another house's design outright.

What are credits for?

Anything the AI does: drafting a new piece, or a try-on. Ordinary browsing, searching and ordering never costs a credit. New accounts start with some, the free allowance tops back up weekly, and you can buy more.

Try-on

How accurate is it?

Useful for colour, silhouette and length. It is a guide, not a photograph of the finished piece — and we reject a result that changed your body or got the garment wrong rather than showing it to you.

What happens to my photograph?

It is private unless you choose to share it. You can delete it at any time, we keep it ninety days and then delete it whether you ask or not, and the results are kept thirty. Nobody else can see either.
